Our Buyer Protection is designed to keep your purchases predictable: you know what you get, when you get it, and what happens if something goes wrong.

What’s covered

Protection applies to eligible purchases made on CadFiles.ai, including:

  • βœ” Subscriptions (API plans)
  • βœ” Paid report exports (PDF deliveries)
  • βœ” Add-ons clearly marked as paid
Coverage applies when the payment is confirmed and the product is tied to your account.

Instant delivery & proof

We keep auditable logs for purchases and deliveries so issues can be verified quickly:

  • βœ” Purchase confirmation + timestamps
  • βœ” Report credit / API token balance changes (ledger/transactions)
  • βœ” API request + charge logs (where applicable)
  • βœ” Report generation/download tracking
This helps resolve disputes fast without back-and-forth.
What’s not covered

Some items can’t be refunded due to their nature:

  • βœ” API calls already executed / API tokens already consumed
  • βœ” Data accuracy disagreements when source data is public/third-party
  • βœ” Abuse, ToS violations, or chargeback fraud
  • βœ” Custom enterprise work already delivered

Refund & dispute policy (simple version)

If something is broken on our side, we fix it or refund the affected portion. If report credits or API tokens weren’t used, we can reverse them. If a subscription was charged incorrectly, we correct it.

Response times depend on your plan, but billing issues are prioritized.

Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store full card data on our servers.
